I say “I wonder” more than almost anything else.

I've always been deeply curious about human behaviour. Studying psychology unlocked a new level of asking questions through experimentation. It's what I bring to my design work every day.

I interrogate problems before I touch solutions, find the question nobody thought to ask, and treat every stage of the process as something to be tested. My goal is always to understand the human problem first and translate that into something that actually changes the experience.
